It was in an interview with the radio station The Edge in New Zealand, Justin Bieber questioned why One Direction (1D) suddenly had chosen the exact same release date for his new album as he had already done.
On November 13, will both Bieber’s “Purpose” and One Direction’s “Made In The AM ” be released.
They are not exactly a lot on the road these days, but we’re talking about them now, it will give them a little PR, right? So that’s probably why they did it, said Bieber to The Edge, and added:
I think it was a strategy on their part, since my release date came first. It’s going to be fun. I’m excited to see what happens.
To the Norwegian newspaper VG, One Direction’s Liam Payne responds this to Bieber’s accusation :
Yes, he said that. But he also hasn’t been on the road. We’ve been touring for three years, so it does not seem quite as if he knows what he is talking about, says Liam Payne.
