This is a story about diabetes from Norway that you wouldn't believe if you hadn't read about it.

Diabetes

Norwegian Ingrid Kathrin Ingebrigtsen was at the local coffee shop with her kids and husband enjoying family time. At the neighbouring table another family are sitting – this is a posh family – all the members in this family are dressed in the latest fashion with the correct brands.

During the coffee shop visit Ingrid Kathrin needs to set insulin, because she is diabetic. The posh family saw that and the posh family parents tells their kids that she is a drug addict. How they came to that conclusion only them self knows, but it’s a big difference how a drug addict set their drugs and how a diabetic sets insulin. Clearly this posh parent don’t know the difference – they are just living in their posh world bobble.

The posh parents are teaching their children ignorance and prejudices towards other people that are not like them – that can lead to their children becomes to be the bulling kind. I always had the opinion that learning to bully starts at home were parents discuss stuff about other people while kids ears are listening in.
