Russian journalists tricked them self into the parents house of the Ukrainian singer and Eurovision winner Jamala house by saying they were relatives.

It’s LІGA.net that reports the incident. Jamala’s parents lives in Crimea.

At a press briefing before her show in Lviv, Jamala said that one evening her parents got visitors that claimed they were relatives. Her mum gave them food and the so-called relatives recorded the whole conversation. It was Komsomolskaya Pravda “of Russia, they wrote that” we’ve been visiting relatives Jamala “, – said the singer.

Jamala says : when my mother the next morning found out the truth, that they were not relatives, “it was just disgusting, when a journalist sinks so low.”

According to Norwegian newspaper VG, Komsomolskaya Pravda has not commented on the statement, but they have an online article which states that Jamala and her parents hate’s Russia.

Jamala won Eurovision 2016 in Stockholm with the song 1944.
