Ash Whitaker, a 16-year-old transgender boy in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is suing school officials at Kenosha Unified School District for allegedly planning to make him and other transgender students wear the bright green identification wristband.

“Branding transgender students in this way would single them out for additional scrutiny, stigma, and potentially harassment or violence, and violate their privacy by revealing their transgender status to others,” the lawsuit, filed in federal court, states mashable.com reports.

Green identification wristband for transgender students are deja vu, this is like the Nazis treated gays and jews during the World War II and you gets goose bombs just thinking about it – it’s only in America you can find someone seriously means this is a good idea…. and that a teen needs to sue the school district for human rights violations – we call it transphobic and human rights phobia.  We are cheering for Ash that taking the fight agains Kenosha Unified School District.
