Broadcast as part of Radio 4 Extra’s Comedy Club, Comedian Stephen K. Amos shares some of the dramas and traumas of his teenage years, growing up as a black, gay South Londoner in the 1980s.

Amos was one of eight children, whose parents came to London from Nigeria in the 60s. In the first episode of the second series of his reminiscences, we learn that Amos had a John Craven fixation and that his teacher was once the back-end of a pantomime horse, with Vanessa Redgrave up front.

Starring Don Gilet (EastEnders, 55 Degrees North) and Ellen Thomas (Mount Pleasant, Humans)
