Panti Bliss, one of the leading campaigners for the Yes vote in the marriage referendum, posted some mail she received on Twitter that has been causing a bit of a stir.

The envelope contained two letters, which were printed in an edition of the Ireland’s Eye publication, and are from two voters who are particularly unhappy with the ‘Yes’ campaign’s win.

The first letter is from “one of the 734,300 people who voted no”, while the second claims that by voting Yes, the Irish people are “promoting AIDS”.

Clearly someone has problem accepting Irish people’s Yes to Marriage Equality – the letter to Panti Bliss is also clearly a new low for the people that doesn’t want equality in Ireland.
