The rapist continued to bath after the rape - he was later arrested at the swimming pool.

A male refugee (20) from Iraq raped 2 December 2015 a ten year old boy in a swimming pool in the Austrian capital Vienna, writes Independent

The Austrian police didn’t report about the brutal child rape, allegedly to protect the victim, writes Austrian Kronen Zeitung.

When information about the event began to appear on Facebook, Austrian police stated that they must be careful in these kind of cases involving refugees “who have been through so much,” but also emphasised that they have zero tolerance for this type of offence, writes Independent.

Previously, both German and Swedish police received massive criticism for not telling the public about abuses as refugees allegedly has done, Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet writes.

The Iraqi refugee should have told the police that the rape was the result of a “sexual emergency“, since he hadn’t had sex in four months.
