Jason Dudey – Born in Wichita KS, raised in Baltimore MD, a New York City runaway now residing in Los Angeles, Jason Dudey is a combo of Midwest values, East Coast attitude and West Coast mentality. He is back at the Orpheum this year with more tales of the gay life. Dudey, as he is affectionately called, is the guy next door who just happens to be gay. The Gay Next Door if you will. Who knew? Apparently everyone knew but him. After being a fake-a-date for 9 proms, he blew the doors off the closet and has never looked back. This hysterical guy is not to be missed with his quirky views on love, life and family. He is a host and producer of Gay Up Stand Up. He’s been seen on LOGO’s Wisecracks, OutLaugh Comedy Festival and this year’s Last Comic Standing on NBC. Jason can be seen touring the country with ANT, Kathleen Madigan and Craig Shoemaker. Jen Kober – Jen lives to make people laugh! Originally from Lake Charles, LA – Jen Kober has bounded onto the national stage bringing crowds to their feet with her original blend of stand-up, story telling, and improvised rock-n-roll comedy. Her hard-hitting hour is phenomenally funny as Kober commands the stage and dares you not to laugh.
Classically trained at The Theatre School of DePaul University in Chicago, Jen Kober is also an accomplished actress. Jen has toured successfully with her improvised one woman shows, JUNK IN MY TRUNK and MY BIG FAT COMEDY SHOW. In 2006 Jen was the Runner Up in the MySpace Stand Up/Sit Down Comedy Challenge, which aired on both TBS and as part of Comic Relief 2006 on HBO. In 2007 Jen appeared on Showtime’s White Boyz in the Hood Lifetime’s improvised sitcom Love Spring International and Comics Unleashed. She was also the host of Up For Laughs on TBS sponsored by Sierra Mist. In 2008 Jen appeared in Jamie Kennedy’s new comedy documentary Heckler, was a featured comedian on Oxygen’s 25iest Celebrity Bad Girls Gone Good, and she headlined at over 180 colleges across the country. 2009 already has Jen appearing on NESN’s Comedy All Stars in April, and her DELICIOUS TOUR will be playing at colleges and comedy clubs all year.
