“Way to show your true colors f**,” Schroeder yelled to another houseguest while being filmed on CBS.com’s 24 hour live television feed of the reality show. He later stated f*** you, you fucking homo f***ot,” and later, “You fucking jealous f**s.”

“Schroder’s anti-gay slurs are extremely insensitive and foster a climate of hatred and intolerance toward the LGBT community,” said A. Latham Staples, Executive Director at ESF. “Schroeder works in advertising, and he should know that the use of these defamatory remarks are dehumanizing and can have a negative impact on an impressionable audience.”

“We have reached out to Schroeder and call upon him to immediately apologize to the LGBT community for his insensitive anti-gay slurs. We also ask that CBS refrain from using clips containing these remarks in their television broadcast. In addition, we ask that all media outlets and bloggers avoid duplicating the slur in any coverage of this story.”
