Get ready for one of Vancouver’s wildest parties of the summer. It’s time to show your rainbow colours once again at Vancouver’s annual Pride Parade.
The Pride Parade, the centrepiece of a week of LGBT celebrations in Vancouver, goes Sunday, Aug. 1, at noon.
Some 700,000 people are expected to show up for the extravagant event, making it one of the five largest parades in North America, said Vancouver Pride Society president Ken Coolen to theprovince.com.
