Talk With Boris Dittrich at Dutch Centre in London
You can join in for a talk with Boris Dittrich about being “Gay in the City” at the Dutch Centre in London.
From ex-BP CEO John Browne to Apple boss Tim Cook: is someone’s sexual orientation still a big issue in corporate life?
At the Dutch Centre they will discuss this with Boris Dittich, advocacy director for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights program at Human Rights Watch, who has been involved in policies boosting the standing of same-sex relationships since early on in his political career.
As a member of parliament in the Netherlands for more than 12 years, he was not only one of the first openly gay men to serve in office, but also the person responsible for legislation that made The Netherlands the first country in the world to introduce full-fledged same-sex marriage.
