A British woman was arrested a few minutes later by two police officers in civilian, who happened on the scene. The accused was sitting with two friends on the grass in Vaterland park, only a few dozen meters from where Horne got cake in my head.

It was the Oslo police, who on their own initiative Reviewed event, but because of the relevant paragraphs the PST ( Norwegian Police Security Service)  took over the case, Norwegian newspaper VG reports.

The penalty is up to ten years, but both the defence and the prosecutor agrees that the case probably belong to the lower degree of seriousness of the provision.

– When Horne prevail in a parade, she does it by virtue of being a minister. The attack is thus an attack on democratic values, says Signe Aalling, prosecutor and police inspector in PST, VG.
