Chester's first gay and inclusive rugby club is about to unveil its new kit alongside the city’s MP and a «seven-foot drag queen».

Formed just six months ago, Chester Centurions RUFC is holding its ‘big reveal’ event tomorrow (Friday, May 4) at the Old Queen’s Head pub on Foregate street.

The club welcomes all adults, regardless of gender, sexuality or rugby ability to learn and enjoy playing the sport in a welcoming environment with zero tolerance to homophobia and bigotry.

Its kit launch event will start at 7pm where MP Chris Matheson has agreed to show off the new shirt. Entertainment will be provided by a seven-foot-tall drag queen acting as Master of Ceremonies.
