Sean Smith playing Prince Rupert in «Sleeping Beauty»
Sean Smith are playing in this year’s Horsham pantomime and the tickets are selling fast.
The family production, which also stars Same Difference musician turned solo artist Sean Smith (Prince Rupert), will be at the theatre from Friday, December 14, to Sunday, January 6, wscountytimes.co.uk reports.
Now, I was wishing I could play Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty…. but sadly for me, Natasha Hoeberigs took that part.
More than a traditional take of good triumphing over evil, this tale of a cursed young girl, brought up by the family nursemaid, who sleeps for 100 years before being woken by true love’s kiss, is a roller-coaster ride through time, emotion, laughter and song!
Containing many a reference to good morals and behaviour, the story of Sleeping Beauty will appeal to all ages.
With a wide mix of musical theatre and pop songs, clever and corny jokes and plenty of audience participation, Christmas at The Capitol will once again be a fantastic festive feast of family entertainment.
«Sleeping Beauty» runs at Horsham’s Capitol from December 14 to January 6.
Tickets for Sleeping Beauty cost £23.50 (concessions £21.50). Family of four £80, group rate (10+) £18, Capitol Friends £20.50/£18.50). Call 01403 750220 or visit www.thecapitolhorsham.com.
