After being accused of labelling members of the LGBTQ+ community as «evil», a Muslim education trust has apologised.
The Abu Bakr Trust, which operates three schools in the Staffordshire town of Walsall, allegedly made the homophobic posts on November 6, last year.
According to reports, the trust asked followers to pray ‘for protection from evil deeds and against LGBTQ’ on its Facebook page, metro.co.uk reports.
It is also said to have said, My Lord, save me and my family from what they do».
