Greece’s government has officially announced its commitment to legalise same-sex marriage, despite opposition from the influential Orthodox Church.
The law will be presented in parliament during the ongoing session, concluding in 2027, as stated by Pavlos Marinakis, a spokesperson for the government, greekreporter.com reports.
