The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, today commended the Obama Administration for announcing a series of new concrete actions that hold the Ugandan government and leaders in it accountable for the enactment of the Anti-Homosexuality Act earlier this year.
