End Compulsory Sterilisation, «Mental Illness» Diagnosis
This week the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) presented a registry study that shows the increase in mental illness, and risk use among people in same-sex marriage compared to people in different-sex marriages.
Will Young has criticised Education Secretary Nicky Morgan at this year’s National Student Pride for ignoring the mental health needs of LGBT youth, and announced he would be picketing her offices until she answers to the community. “The only conclusion that I can draw is that she doesn’t give a shit about it”.
