The Kenian Supreme Court dismissed a plea by Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma to overturn a court verdict on the registration of an LGBTQ+ lobby on Tuesday.
The court recognises the authorities”substantial progress’ and says it will issue an order on the petition.
