Barcelona FC has more than 122 million followers on Instagram. According to the Spanish newspaper, the club lost 306,000 of them in the first 24 hours after the picture was posted. The next day another 134,000 disappeared, Danish newspaper ekstrabladet.dk reports.

With a similar graphic, as many as ten Spanish clubs demonstrated their support.
Following the post, only one of the clubs, UD Las Palmas, gained more followers.
On account of the post, the other teams, including Valencia, Athletic, Real Sociedad, Osasuna, Getafe, Celta, Mallorca, and Alavés, all lost Instagram followers.
