Silvio Berlusconi slammed for gays versus women jibe

Gaffe-prone Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi has been criticised after saying it is “better to admire beautiful women than be gay”. The scandal-hit politician make the remark as he defended himself over revelations a teenage belly dancer spent the night at his home.

The 18-year-old Moroccan, Karima Keyek, says Berlusconi gave her a diamond necklace and cash when she attended two of his parties earlier this year – but she denies having sex with him. She was just 17 at the time, Pink Paper Reports.
