Applauds Governor Brian Sandoval for Extending Anti-discrimination Laws
The Human Rights Campaign, America’s largest LGBT civil rights organisation, today applauded Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval for signing SB331 and SB368 into law. These bills codify prohibitions against discrimination in public accommodations and housing respectively.

U.S. Public Pushes Govt. for Healthcare, Not Warfare
A coalition of activist organisations led by Progressive Democrats of America is collecting thousands of signatures on a letter to the U.S. Senate Democratic Caucus asking it to support the positions taken by the Democratic National Committee in February.

AT&T, Time Warner Cable Pull Advertising from ‘José Luis Sin Censura’
The National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) and the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) today announced that AT&T and Time Warner Cable have withdrawn advertising from “José Luis Sin Censura.” It was also announced that WSVN-TV in Miami, Florida and KCTU-TV in Wichita, Kansas are the first two affiliates to pull the show from airwaves.
