I’ve never heard Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary, said that Ryanair have done something wrong. It’s always the other party that is in wrong. Only language he understand is a verdict in a court case.
Most of the trade union’s in Norway has decided to boycott the Irish company, because of company’s hostility against trade unions. Norwegian government aren’t using the Irish company either based on the same reason.
This time Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary might loose the battle, because the court case will be done in Norway, and not in Ireland were the labour laws are in favour of the employer, while in Norway it’s more equality between employer and employee.
The result of the court case will set precedence for other employees in Ryanair that is protected by Norwegian labour laws and can be very expensive for Ryanair.
So Ryanair might be put in to place by Norwegian court.
