Trine Rein won “The Hit” in Norway

Geir Arne Hansen's love song to his wife touched Norway. In strong competition with seven other songs, he and Trine Rein winners of "The Hit" with the song "The story of love."

The original “Torn” star, Trine Rein, picked picked her next hit few weeks ago in the Norwegian tv-show The Hit and she chose The Story of Love, as her next single and it’s out now for grabs. Last Friday, Trine Rein won “The Hit” competing agains 6 other acts and one of them was A1.

Now we have to let it sink in, smiles Trine Rein. She is no doubt why she fell for his beloved tune to his wife.

– I liked it very much. It was so beautiful and had something real about it. I liked the song and thought it could be a great country ballad, one good feeling song. When I go out on tour next year, the tour will be called “Story of love,” she smiles.
