
HivNorge: – 300 infectious patients at OUS
300 HIV patients at OUS does not take their medications and are "infectious", claims HivNorway's secretary general.

At a meeting HIV arranged by Oslo health commissioner Søreide recently told HivNorway Secretary General Kolstad that she had approached Minister of Health Bent Høie, leader of Stortingets Committee on Health and Care Services Kari Kjos Kjønås and Norwegian Directorate of Health with a warning that 300 HIV patients were “infectious” because they didn’t take their medication as a result of, among other addictions. Asked how she had these figures, she referred to consultant Bente Bergersen by infectious diseases department at Oslo University Hospital Ullevål.
