From July 5th Scanians has seen a Öresundstrain beyond the normal. They have seen regnbågståget/Rainbow Train – a Öresundståg foiled in Malmö Pride and Copenhagen Pride Festival’s colours and logos.

beFIERCE! a No-Cost Toolkit for those Serving LGBTQ Foster Youth
Our Space, a program of Sunny Hills Services / Bay Area Youth Center, recently introduced a ground-breaking publication called beFIERCE! a 40 page toolkit for people working with LGBTQ foster youth. beFIERCE! was written by Our Space director, Stephanie Perron, LCSW, in collaboration with LGBTQ foster youth and service providers. The publication was funded by the Walter S. Johnson Foundation.

HRC Hails Historic EEOC Ruling on Employment Discrimination
The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), America’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organisation, yesterday praised the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for its ruling affirming that it considers employment discrimination based on sexual orientation to be prohibited under the sex discrimination provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
