Eurovision : Emmelie de Forest writes song for Danish Grand Prix

The former Eurovision winner Emmelie de Forest has in this year's Danish national selection Grand Prix for the Eurovision, swapped the microphone with music notes. She has written one of this year's songs.

For this year’s Danish Grand Prix is not just singers, there are even stars. Some greatly known songwriters have written this year 10 songs.

Two of them on the list are Denmark’s Eurovision star Emmelie de Forest, which has written the song ‘Never Alone‘ with Maureen “Mozelle” McDonald, who has written songs for stars like Madonna, One Direction, Ellie Goulding and Rihanna. ‘Never Alone’ is sung by the artist Anja Nissen, which comes from Australia.

Emmelie de Forest – Eurovision

Emmelie de Forest won the Eurovision in Malmö in 2013 with the song ‘Only Teardrops‘. Since then Emmelie released her debut album under the same name (ed: Only Teardrops) and a new album is already on it’s way according to DR.dk.

Euphoria’s father, Peter Boström,  are also writing for Danish Grand Prix, he wrote the mega hit and winner of Eurovision in Baku in Azerbaijan in 2012. This year he has written the song ‘Messing With the Wrong Kind‘, sung the artist Veronica.
