15-year-old boy raped boy (14) at school in Norway
The 15-year-old forced the 14-year-old into the school's toilet and raped him.
A 16-year-old boy from Stavanger, Norway, has recently been convicted of raping a boy twice.
The first rape took place on May 8, 2019 at a secondary school in Stavanger where they were both students.
Just after school that day, he forced offenders (14) into one of the school’s toilets. The convict threatened to notify the headmaster of the school whether a text message the 14-year-old had written – and that he could send people after him.
He locked the toilet door and raped the 14-year-old, dagsavisen.no reports.
The next rape took place on June 10 last year in a basement staircase at a school in Stavanger. This time, the 16-year-old threatened the 14-year-old with a fighting glove.
In connection with this rape, a condom was used that has been central to the evidence in the case.
The condom and packaging were later found by police after the 14-year-old had been talking to the Norwegian police. DNA from the 16-year-old was also found in the basement in question.
According to dagsavisen.no, in connection with the last rape, the 16-year-old has also said to the offender that he had to raise NOK 5,000 (almost 500 €) for the next day.
Since he was only 15 years old at the time of the offences, the sentence was jailed for three years and six months in prison, where two years and ten months were made conditional on a probation period of two years. If he had been 18 years old, he would had been facing approximately 6 years of jail time.
In addition, he was sentenced to pay the offender 200,000 NOK (almost 20,000 €) in reimbursement compensation, reported by Norwegian newspaper dagsavisen.no RogaNytt.
