Jeffree Star deleted over 400 crude tweets as he accused rival YT James Charles of sexual misconduct
A fan helped makeup mogul Jeffree Star find and delete more than 400 old, crude tweets, direct messages show.
Jeffree Star deleted the tweets — some of which joked about «rape» and, separately, having sex with straight men — starting one day after accusing YouTuber James Charles of being a «predator», Insider.com’s Kat Tenbarge reports.
In exchange for the fan’s assistance, the messages show Star promised, but later rescinded, tickets to one of his Masterclass events.
The fan came forward after sexual assault allegations against Star were documented in an October Insider investigation.
