Smashby & Divina De Campo teamed up on fierce remix of «Make a Scene»
Emerging icon Smashby and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Divina De Campo are set to unveil their new single «Make a Scene» a floor-filling club friendly anthem.
Dripping in confidence and sensuality, the track is a pure adrenaline rush from start to finish. Perfectly capturing the energy of a live festival performance within a slick studio production by Leeds based record producer, Monkey Harper.
Smashby’s distinctive vocals flick between breathy head voice and a gritty, low tone. Perfectly complimented by Divina during the verses, only for her to captivate listeners by showing off her well-known powerhouse vocals as the song reaches an electrifying crescendo.
Smashby & Divina’s vocal performance does an excellent job of bringing to life the playful sexual lyricism, over the top of theatrical horn heavy blasts, met by synthesised drums and high-hat patterns. ‘Make a Scene’ exudes a kinetic energy that will undoubtedly be filling dance floors all over the globe.
Smashby is not just the one that got away on MTV’s hit dating show Love Squad, he is taking the world by storm with his catchy bops and infectiously energetic persona. His sass driven, empowering pop anthems led him to become a favourite on the UK Pride circuit, attracting media coverage not just in the UK, but also on international circuits across Europe, America, Australia and South Africa. With the singles «Living Without You» (2019) and «Drinking Away My Problems» (2021) receiving airplay on BBC Radio.
Building a name for himself as an Anti-Bullying Ambassador after he toured schools and colleges across the country to promote the campaign, he has recently teamed up with the mental health organisation The Blurred Line to continue to help raise awareness. Smashby has all the markings of an influential prodigy, and the future promises big things for him.

Divina has worked with the George House Trust, a charity supporting people living with HIV. She has also hosted Superbia’s Drag Queen Story Time, reading stories to young children. When not touring, recording or filming, Owen enjoys a quiet life with his husband. Divina is represented by Producer Entertainment Group.
