An NHS trust that has been rocked by allegations of racism from its own employees is investigating whether its LGBTQ+ and disabled workforce has faced similar levels of discrimination.

The East of England Ambulance Service Trust said it was conducting the new research in response to the shocking findings of a report into the experiences of its black and minority ethnic workers.
