Rep. Zooey Zephyr, a Democrat and the state’s first transgender lawmaker, was censured by Montana House Republicans on Wednesday. The vote took place around a week after Zephyr threatened MPs with having blood on their hands if they voted in favour of a bill that would limit care for youngsters that is gender affirming and two days after she was accused of instigating demonstrators within the chamber, nbcnews.com reports.
