A customer is attacked by masked assailants outside a LGBTQ+ nightclub in Tampere, Finland

The managing director of the venue said that the club is thinking of ways to guarantee patron safety.

Police in Tampere, Finland, are looking into an assault that happened outside Mixei, a nightclub in the city that welcomes members of the LGBTQ+ community, last weekend.

According to authorities, the victim reported the occurrence in a criminal complaint.

According to Chief Inspector Markku Laakso, the case’s primary investigator, a number of persons in masks attacked a person outside the restaurant on Saturday night, Public Service for radio and TV in Finland, YLE reports.
