Model Sean Ryan has spoken out about his passionate encounter with X Factor star Joe McElderry. X Factor star Joe McElderry revealed that he is gay at the weekend, confessing he had only ever kissed one boy.

Now, model / hairdresser Sean Ryan has confirmed he is the one who shared passionate encounters with the 19 year old singer, SVT reports.

Joe confirmed it was Sean he was talking about when revealed to The Sun that he had kissed a boy for the first time last year.
