‘Vile’ homophobic graffiti aimed at Pantibar
The hateful slogan appeared overnight on a nearby building with an arrow pointing to the popular bar.
Dubliners have slammed the «disgraceful» homophobic graffiti aimed at a popular gay bar that appeared on a nearby building overnight, Dublin Live reports.
The words «pedo bar» were sprayed on a building two doors up from Pantibar on Capel Street.
An arrow pointing towards the popular pub was also daubed on the building beside the sick slogan, Dublin Live reports.
The famous watering hole only reopened last Monday after being closed for more than a year due to the pandemic.
Bar owner Panti Bliss-Cabrera shared a picture of the vandalism on Twitter this afternoon.
The graffiti I posted earlier was painted on our neighbor @Etsy's building.
Here's the before and after. Thank you Etsy! X ❤🌈✊️ pic.twitter.com/hosf8nXWkZ— Dr Panti Bliss-Cabrera (@PantiBliss) June 14, 2021
