Today, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), America’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organisation, announced that Accenture will receive the HRC Corporate Equality Award at the 2016 Greater New York Gala on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. The award recognises Accenture’s commitment to equality for the LGBT community.
Stonewall today launches a new programme to bring together top-performing organisations who have consistently demonstrated exemplary practice to support their lesbian, gay and bisexual staff. The new Stonewall Star Performers – named as Accenture, Barclays, EY, Gentoo, Goldman Sachs, Home Office, IBM and Simmons & Simmons – will lead the development of best practice in Britain and around the world.
Stonewall today publishes its Top 100 Employers 2014, showcasing Britain’s best employers for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff.
