According to the information from law enforcements, the incident took place on February 28th around 11pm. A transgender person from Shamkir Bakhtiyar Aliyev, was stabbed multiple times and she was was killed.
Nefes LGBT Azerbaijan Alliance is accused of provocation!
In the first place we will mention that “Nefes” LGBT alliance of Azerbaijan was founded in December 2012.
