Pride, the heart-warming story of gay activists supporting striking miners, was among the big winners at last night’s (6 November) Stonewall Awards, held at the V&A and supported by Bloomberg, E.ON, Google, Paddy Power and State Street. The film was named Broadcast of the Year at the glitzy ceremony, with Andrew Scott, star of the film and BBC’s Sherlock, collecting the prize.
