Alabama Supreme Court Dismisses Lawsuits Challenging Marriage Equality
Today, Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Alabama responded to the news this morning, that the Alabama Supreme Court dismissed lawsuits filed by the Alabama Citizens Action Program (ALCAP), the Alabama Policy Institute (API) and Elmore County Probate Judge John Enslen, regarding the Supreme Court of the United States’ ruling in favour of marriage equality last June.
