US singer Katy Perry has dedicated her new video to a project helping gay-bullying victims created in response to a series of teenage suicides. The Californian-born star follows the example of fellow singer Ke$ha, who announced last week that a song on her forthcoming album is a message to gay teens affected by bullies.
