Luxembourg’s Prime Minister marry same-sex partner today
Luxembourg's Prime Minister will be Friday the first sitting head within EU who marry a same-sex partner.
Xavier Bettel ( 42 ) and his partner Gauthier Destenay being among the first gays who marry in Luxembourg after same- marriage became legal in the country by year-end, Norwegian newspaper VG.no reports.
It is not a flashy ceremony , but the symbolism is very strong, says the couple’s friend and journalist , Stephane Bern to the newspaper Luxemburger Wort .
